Overview

As Manager of Management Information Systems, I was responsible for the company’s technology infrastructure, communications systems, digital collaboration tools, and technical support across multiple offices and project sites. My role combined IT leadership, operational improvement, cost management, training, and digital transformation initiatives that improved efficiency throughout the organization.
