Overview

Sears Canada was one of Canada’s largest national retailers, operating hundreds of retail locations, distribution centres, and corporate offices across the country. As a Level 2 Information Technology Administrator, I supported enterprise technology infrastructure, desktop systems, operating system deployments, and user support initiatives across Ontario and Quebec. This role provided early experience in large-scale technology operations, systems administration, project coordination, and end-user enablement.
